University Of Toledo Student Union

The 9,000 square foot renovation of the Student Union south dining facility was designed with an updated look.

JDRM’s mechanical and electrical engineering design services supported the new area with upgraded systems.  Mechanical design included heating, air conditioning, and ventilation along with piping design. Electrical design encompassed both power layout and lighting.  Decorative lighting was accomplished with recessed, pendant, and linear indirect fixtures.  The lighting system is control with a multiple zone dimming panel.
