Roger DeBelly, P.E., RCDD

Principal - Mechanical Engineer

Roger’s diverse background of 40+ years of experience allows him to address mechanical, electrical, and technology system designs and issues. He graduated with a B.S.M.E. from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed professional engineer and a Registered Commercial Distribution Designer. Roger is sought out for his work in mission critical data centers, power generation and distribution, power substations, and medium voltage electrical distribution systems as well as larger chilled water-cooling systems. Roger has experience in Healthcare, Government, Institutional, Industrial, and Commercial environments.

Roger became Principal of JDRM in 2015.

Darren Keil, P.E.

Principal - Electrical Engineer

Darren graduated from the University of Toledo with a B.S.E.E. and is the managing partner of the Electrical Division. He is involved in oversight on many projects including residential, commercial, educational, institutional, and industrial projects. Through these projects, experience includes electrical distribution, lighting design, lighting controls, building codes, and photovoltaic designs. In addition to the electrical design elements, he is experienced with Audio Visual and Sound System projects range from classroom spaces to theaters, gymnasiums, and stadiums. He has experience with electrical distribution design from 120V through medium voltage levels. Lighting projects include site lighting, interior general lighting, accent lighting, theatrical lighting, and ecclesiastical lighting.

Darren became a Principal of JDRM in 2002.

Doug Hohman, P.E., LEED AP

Principal - Mechanical Engineer

Doug is the Mechanical Division manager. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the HVAC Industry. This covers a broad range of sectors, including Healthcare, Educational, Commercial and Industrial. His expertise extends to specialized projects, including central geothermal plants and large air-cooled and water-cooled VRF systems for sustainable design. His comprehensive knowledge also encompasses plumbing and fire protection systems, enabling him to recommend optimal systems tailored to each project’s unique requirements. Doug graduated from the University of Toledo with a B.S.M.E. in 1996. He has been a Professional Engineer in Ohio since 2001.

Doug became a Principal of JDRM in 2017.

Jeff Stringham

Principal - Mechanical Engineer

Jeff has been a part of JDRM since its inception in 1995. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a B.S.M.E. in 1987. He oversees a wide range of commercial projects designing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, as well as Natatorium dehumidification and hybrid operating rooms. Jeff has over forty years’ experience designing Industrial plants, Healthcare/MOBs, and Educational facilities. He is sought after for his hospital designs ranging from new buildings and additions to major renovations.

Jeff became a Principal of JDRM in 2002.

Dave Desjardins, P.E., LEED AP

Principal - Electrical Engineer

Dave manages both the Electrical department and the Arc Flash department at JDRM. Originally from Tiffin, Ohio Dave received his B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Toledo in 1995. He has been a JDRM team member since its inception in 1995 and a professional engineer since 2003. Dave’s design markets are Healthcare, Institutional, and Higher Education. His focus is Energy efficiency and Sustainable design, Electrical system design, lighting design, power distribution, Fire Alarm design, and Electrical System Analysis. Dave’s natural drive is working with team members to find reliable, cost-efficient solutions for his clients. Additionally, Dave is instrumental in new employee retainment, education, and development.

Dave became a Principal of JDRM in 2015.

Alison Staudinger, P.E., LEED AP

Partner – Mechanical Engineer

Alison Staudinger is recognized for her exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, specializing in Educational, Commercial, and Healthcare projects. She oversees our Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) initiatives, focusing on incorporating sustainable strategies to develop energy efficient engineering solutions. Additionally, Alison directs the Building Information Modeling (BIM) in making efforts to ensure project quality. With strong communication skills, she works effectively with both team members and clients to ensure a clear understanding of successful project outcomes. As a long-time Ohio resident, she is also a proud graduate of the University of Toledo.

Alison became a Partner of JDRM in 2014.

Andy Juette, E.I., LEED AP

Partner – Electrical Engineer

Andy has been a dedicated member of the organization since its inception in 1995, starting as a draftsman and steadily advancing through roles from designer to engineer and eventually achieving the position of Partner. As a key member of the company, he brings a wealth of expertise in sustainable design for Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Industrial projects, consistently driving performance and operational improvements across all sectors of the organization. A lifelong resident of northwest Ohio, Andy is a proud graduate of Central Catholic High School and the University of Toledo. His strong roots in the community and professional development continue to shape his contributions to the company’s success.

Andy became a Partner of JDRM in January 2019.

Steve Wheeler, RCDD

Partner - Technology Division Manager

Steve has over 48 years of experience in both Electrical and ICT Systems and has held his RCDD for over 20 years. Steve manages the Technology Department and directs the Emergency Responder Radio Testing group that he started. His experience covers a wide range of building types and business sectors from Industrial to Fortune 500, Commercial, Government, Institutional and Education K-12 and Higher Education. Steve is proficient in all phases of project design from the proposal stage through Construction Administration. It is safe to say that there are very few types of systems, buildings or sectors that Steve has not worked on in his career.

Steve became a Partner of JDRM in 2019.

Matt Rasey, P.E.

Partner – Mechanical Engineer

Matthew Rasey leads engineering and business development in the Industrial and Manufacturing markets. Matt has been with JDRM for nearly 10 years and has 20 years of experience in HVAC and Piping systems. Having worked with numerous building utilities such as chilled water, compressed air, dust collection, and high purity water, Matt is able to bring reliable and cost-effective solutions to each client. Born and raised in central Ohio, Matt received his degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Toledo in 2005. Matt attained his licensure in Ohio as a P.E. in May of 2011.

Matthew became a Partner of JDRM in 2022.
