CAD Draftsman – Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical

CAD Draftsman – Mechanical/Plumbing/
Electrical

We are looking for an CAD draftsman with experience in Auto CAD and Revit for building system design/drafting. This person will provide drafting (AutoCAD/Revit) assistance to Senior Engineers in project design and production.

Requirements:

  • Basic drafting experience
  • Proficient with Auto CAD; Revit experience is beneficial
  • Experience in building systems (HVAC, plumbing or electrical) is beneficial

Mechanical Engineer – General

We are looking for a mechanical engineer with experience working in the Commercial, Institutional and Health Care sectors. Experience with hvac, chilled/hot water piping system design, Energy Code(s) is preferred.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Ability to interpret and apply State, Federal and local Codes to system design
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit experience is preferred
  • Experience in building hvac load calculations, duct/piping design and calculations

Mechanical Engineer – Industrial

We are looking for a mechanical engineer with experience working in Industrial and/or process sectors. Experience with industrial ventilation, process piping, steam/condensate system design is preferred.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • P.E. license is desired
  • Ability to interpret and apply State, Federal and local Codes to system design
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Pipe 3D is preferred
  • Experience in industrial duct/piping design, industrial ventilation design, process piping and steam/condensate system design
  • Field experience is desired

Arc Flash Specialist – Electrical Safety

We are looking for individuals interested in electrical arc flash data entry and system analysis. Experience with SKM and general knowledge of electrical power distribution systems is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit experience is desired
  • Experience with data entry and SKM analysis software is desired

Electrical Engineer – General

We are looking for an electrical engineer with experience working in the Commercial, Institutional and Health Care sectors. Experience with power distribution, lighting calculations and design, grounding and auxiliary system design is preferred.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Ability to interpret State, Federal and local Codes and apply to system design
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit experience is preferred
  • Experience in electrical short circuit calculations is beneficial

Electrical Engineer – Power

We are looking for an electrical engineer with experience working in the power distribution sector of building design. Experience in the preparation of low and medium voltage distribution including one-line diagrams, wiring/schematics, physical equipment arrangement, grounding, surge suppression, substations, metering/protective relay schemes for medium voltage busses, circuit breakers and transformers. Experience in preparation of equipment/installation plans and specifications required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Ability to interpret State, Federal and local Codes and apply to system design
    P.E. license is preferred
  • Experience in system short circuit/arc flash analysis is desired
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit experience is preferred

Technology Designer

We are looking for a technology system designer with experience working in the Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare, Educational, and Industrial sectors.

Experience and knowledge with BICSI and industry standards in low voltage telecom systems.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 8 years experience
  • Ability to interpret State, Federal and local Codes and apply to system design
  • Familiarity with telecommunications systems including; wired/wireless system design and specification, IP based access control systems, IP based closed circuit camera systems, sound systems, Audio/Video systems, clock/intercom/paging systems, nurse call systems is a plus.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit experience is preferred
  • Knowledge in/with wireless software design systems (Airmagnet, Ekahau, IBwave) is desired
  • BICSI RCDD certification is desired
  • InfoComm CTS or CTS-D certifications are beneficial
  • Telecom Grounding
  • Design of telecom rooms
